For over forty years, we are faithful to the values \u200b\u200bthat made \u200b\u200bthe success of our company. Every day we face new challenges to meet the expectations of our partners and our customers. On these fondaments is based the future of our firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, it seemed important and necessary to strengthen our model and provide a new pillar in this foundation through employee ownership. What\u2019s more natural than associating all of you with the capital ? It is an act of recognition of the contribution that each of you has made to make possible the success of our Laboratoires Pierre Fabre over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By becoming a shareholder, you will be more closely involved in the development of our company. You will also be more involved in the results of Pierre Fabre and the value that you are helping to create everyday. Employee share ownership and an opportunity to share our past and future success, to live our common culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is for me a long-term ambition and if, in a first step, the project opens the capital of the company to employees of the Economic and Social Unit, this possibility will also quickly offered to salaried employees in an International dimension. This is being studied and will probably effective in the coming years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is being studied and will probably effective in the coming years. Ruscus is the plant that gives its active ingredient to Cyclo 3, founder of product development of our company. Naming this plan refering to our roots is highly symbolic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am therefore convinced that the Ruscus Plan will be to our future success.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
